CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the symposium organizers ( CUSB.PROTEOMICS@GMAIL.COM ). For cancellation on or before July 31, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. For cancellation after June 30, 2026, no fees will be refunded. Refunds will be issued after the symposium.

By submitting this registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All information provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.
• I understand that registration is not confirmed until payment is verified by the organizing committee.
• I agree to abide by all symposium rules and regulations during the event.
• I consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the symposium for promotional purposes.
• Personal data will be used only for symposium-related purposes and will be handled according to data protection regulations.
